From this conversation, I gleaned insights into their target customers, primary requirements, offered services, and overarching business models, all of which are encapsulated in the summary below:

I've chosen to dedicate individual pages to introduce each of the five services provided by TTA, offering customers a clear roadmap for navigation. Additionally, I'll include introductions on each service page to provide users with further insights into our offerings.





Car Details:

Following industry standards (secondary research), our Car Page features essential details such as the VIN number, a direct link to the Carfax report, and highlights of key features. This information is presented to enhance transparency and provide comprehensive insights for potential buyers, aligning with common practices observed on reputable car dealer websites.
Form Design:

Given that TTA's business model emphasizes in-person interactions and personalized recommendations, I've chosen to integrate interactive forms on each page. These forms will collect customers' contact information, budget details, car images, and other vital vehicle related information. This approach enables users to easily submit their specific needs, fostering a more customized and responsive engagement.

The Pre-Owned Page displays both available cars for sale and those that have already been sold. The filter functionality enables users to sort listings by various criteria such as "Newest," price, car types, and more, providing a tailored browsing experience.


Sell Page
The Sell Page allows users to seamlessly upload their car information into our system. Following submission, a dedicated salesperson will promptly reach out to facilitate the selling process.
Car Page
The Car Page serves as a comprehensive platform presenting detailed information about a specific vehicle. It offers a closer look at the car's highlights and specifications, providing users with valuable insights into their potential purchase.
